Dr. Jane T. Nguyen, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist and co-founder of Dermatology Center of Loudoun. Her areas of special interest are skin cancer and pediatric dermatology. Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Dermatology and the Medical Society of Virginia.
Dr. Khoa Tran, M.D.
Dr. Khoa Tran, M.D. is a co-founder of Dermatology Center of Loudoun. He received his medical degree at New York Medical College in 1999 and completed his residency training in internal medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Vishal A. Patel, M.D.
Dr. Vishal A. Patel is an Associate Professor of Dermatology and Associate Professor of Medicine/Oncology at the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences. He serves as the Director of Cutaneous Oncology at the GW Cancer Center and the Director of Dermatologic Surgery at the GW Department of Dermatology. He is a board-certified dermatologist as well as a fellowship-trained and board-certified micrographic dermatologic surgeon who specializes in cutaneous oncology and reconstructive surgery.
Sofia Hanger, PA-C
Sofia Hanger, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who completed her undergraduate degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Keri Church, PA-C
Keri received her BA in Psychology at Georgetown University and completed both a Masters in Management at Wake Forest University School of Business along with her Physician Assistant degree at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
Meredith Helser, PA-C
Meredith Helser, PA-C is our newest physician assistant who actually started her dermatology career as a medical assistant with our practice after obtaining her BS degree in Health Sciences and Biology at James Madison University in 2017. With prior experience as an EMT, she impressed us with her work ethic, patient care skills, and intellectual curiosity as an MA at DCL.
Jennifer Williams
Jennifer Williams is our beloved and ever-present practice manager at DCL. She grew up in northern VA and graduated James Madison University with a degree in Health Sciences. She started her career at DCL and worked her way to becoming our lead medical assistant prior to moving to a clinical research and project management position at Arizona State University. We were fortunate enough to retain Jen for her current leadership role as practice manager in 2024. Her experience with direct patient care, team collaboration, and clinic workflow made her a natural fit to oversee daily operations at DCL.
