The Patient Portal is an online health record and communication tool available to all of our patients. It provides a secure communication channel between our practice and patients, which allows you to be in control of the management of your healthcare. You can review your personal health record (PHR), update demographic information, view lab results, request refills of authorized prescriptions, request educational material, receive appointment confirmations via email, and simply ask questions.
